Title: Delta Planet Banja Luka – Interior design competition

The largest building of this type in the territory of the Republic Srpska will have the area of 62,500 m2, whereas 30,200 m2 will be for leasing. The building will be located in the very centre of Banjaluka, at the corner of Olimpijskih pobednika Street and Srpske vojske Boulevard. The mall will host world-famous brands, some of which will be present in this market for the first time.

Apart from a large number of new shops, the shopping mall will also have the largest cinema in this region, with the area of 1,500 m2 and 6 movie theatres, as well as the supermarket, a food court and 1,000 parking spaces.

The opening is planned in the autumn of 2018.
